Wall Coping/ Treads/Caps/ Pool Coping

Flagstone/bluestone steps, wall coping or pool coping can add the final touch to a project. Aside from its natural beauty, stone provides strength and durability in a combination that can only be found with natural stone. At Robinson Flagstone, all of our Treads and Coping stock are provided with a “Thermal Finish.” This means they are sawn from a cube of rock and edges are flamed for a more natural textured finish. Each tread comes with a flamed top surface as well as one long edge flamed. Any edges that are to be exposed should be dressed. All stones are sawn to a standard thickness range that conforms to a +/- 1/8” tolerance. Standard thicknesses are 1”, 1 ½” or 2” thick. Additional thicknesses are available, by special order. To accommodate any job, we offer a number of edge treatments.
