Cut to Size Flagstone

Our cut to size paving or “Tailor Made” flagstone is our specialty. Each stone is cut to size and numbered in accordance with custom shop drawings submitted by us to you for approval. Every stone is taken to the bench where it is sized and squared to a tolerance of (+/- 1/8”) to insure faster and more accurate setting. The tolerance of standard quarry run material can vary at least +/- ¼” in size and square. The cut to size product/service greatly reduces on-site resawing and odd cutting. In many cases, the time saved can be reduced by 30% to 50%. In addition, the accuracy and efficiency of this service shows up in the finished product. Each stone would be cut to fit allowing for the joints specified, this reduces the amount of stone needed to be shipped and also reduces the amount of labor required to install the material.
